Sticking to your Fitness Resolutions

Sticking to a New Year's Resolution can be hard; most people set a goal to exercise more. Setting a realistic goal to work towards and making them realistic goals is the first step towards success. Make sure you commit yourself, make yourself accountable through a written promise or even a verbal promise to people that you don't want to let down. Making a change can seem daunting but it doesn't have to be. Give thanks for what you do, forget perfection. With exercise and so many other goals we set, you’ll benefit even when doing less than you like to do. Any activity is always better than none, and remember maybe tomorrow will be better.
