Healthy Heart
February is a heart health month. Make a difference in your community by spreading the word about strategies for preventing heart disease and encouraging those around you to have their hearts checked and commit to a heart healthy life. Varied exercise is not only optimal for heart health but is great for mental focus. Find a workout that will keep your body and mind stimulated. Eating well for your heart is so important, healthy eating starts with healthy food choices. Making small, simple changes to your overall eating pattern can help you and your families stay healthy.
