Fit Together in Action December News
DO GOOD. FEEL GOOD.
Batcheller Elementary School in Winsted recently completed an amazing project. They teamed up with Can’d Aid an organization focused on “Do Gooders.” As part of their Treads and Trail program, bikes and helmets were donated to sixty first graders. Can’d Aid believes in helping and supporting towns to make good things happen. It was a true community event, a local Can’d Aid team member made the connection with the school and the folks at Little Red barn helped build the bikes. These kids now have a better chance to move more and to find their inner athlete.
